Ok so I looked at the downloads section about 40 times before i finally realised that the first link is the one i wanted the nerdkit guide pdf.

I dont know how i missed it but problem solved guys!

Glad you found it... I have had to download it about 6 times already... I keep forgetting where I stored the stuff and never manage to locate it all.
