Since purchasing my nerdkit I've ran in to a few problems, all of which my own fault : sloppy programming, lack of understanding etc. Having asked the team for pointers/help, their replies answered my questions exactly, and usually I was back up and running within a day. I am extremely happy with my purchase, the support alone is worth the money.

I think the members section is a great idea, the community can share knowledge and ideas with each other. This is something I have been looking for... a Nerdkits Community.
