I have a question I can not seem to get an anwser for, what does the K stand for in Kp,Ki,Kd. Does this simply stand for gain or is it somthing else.

Hi enbilb0,

These numbers usually refer to the gain in front of the particular term in a PID controller. These are the parameters you would tune to get the behavior you want out of your controller.
